Prepare this delicious dish in our Dutch Oven on glowing coals and let the flavor explode! 🥩🔥🍽️

With our high-quality cast iron Dutch oven you can conjure up a goulash that will pamper your taste buds.

😋✨ 👨‍🍳 Here is our recipe for goulash in the Dutch oven: Ingredients for 4-6 people: -800 g beef goulash, cut into cubes -2 onions, diced -3 garlic cloves, chopped -2 ​​bell peppers, cut into strips -2 carrots, sliced ​​-500 ml beef broth -400 g diced tomatoes (from the can) -2 tbsp tomato paste -2 tbsp paprika powder (sweet) -1 tsp caraway seeds -2 norbert leaves -salt and pepper to taste -2 tbsp oil for frying How to do it:

1️⃣ Light your coals and let them burn down to glowing coals. 2️⃣ Heat the Dutch oven on the coals and add the oil. Fry the beef goulash in batches until it is brown. Remove the meat from the Dutch oven and set it aside.

3️⃣ Add the onions, garlic, peppers and carrots to the Dutch oven. Fry until lightly browned.

4️⃣ Add the tomato paste, paprika powder and caraway seeds. Stir well and let it roast briefly.

5️⃣ Put the beef goulash back into the Dutch oven. Pour the beef broth and diced tomatoes over it. Stir well and bring to the boil.

6️⃣ Cover the Dutch oven and let the goulash simmer over the glowing coals for about 2-3 hours, until the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened. Stir occasionally and add more liquid if necessary.
