No problem – here's how to return an item to us.

How your return works

1. Contact us

Within 30 days of receiving your goods, send us a short, informal message to support@gusskoenig.de with your order number and the item you wish to return.

2. Package the item

Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging, so that it arrives undamaged.

3. Return the item

Send the item to the following address:

4. Receive refund

As soon as we receive your return or you have sent us proof of return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 14 days at the latest.

Important information

Return period:

You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return them.

Return shipping costs:

The customer bears the costs of the return shipment.

Condition of the goods:

Please handle the item with care – only what is necessary for inspecting the goods is permitted. In the event of a loss of value due to improper use, we may reduce the amount accordingly.

Excluded items:

Personalized or custom-made products, as well as sealed items whose seal has been removed after receipt, are excluded from return.
