We provide a 30-year warranty on our Dutch ovens and pans.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, proper use.

Our products are pre-fired and ready for immediate use. An additional
seasoning will further improve the patina, but is not strictly necessary.

After use, hand wash it with warm water without detergent. Then dry it thoroughly and rub it thinly with oil to protect the patina. Do not put it in the dishwasher.

Yes, our products are suitable for gas, electric, induction, oven, as well as for fire and BBQ.

Rust usually occurs due to a lack of care after washing. Always dry the product
thoroughly and oil it lightly – that way the patina will be preserved.
